First: Product Acceptance

Once the product is received and inspected in front of the courier:
- The product is considered accepted in its visible condition.
- No exchange or return is allowed after the courier leaves.
- The only exception: a hidden internal manufacturing defect not visible during inspection.
Second: Reporting Period

In case of an internal manufacturing defect:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order.
- No exchange or return requests will be accepted after this period.
Third: Exchange & Return Process

Primary solution: Exchange
- An exchange is always provided as the initial solution.
- A new replacement item with the same specifications will be provided.

Return cases:
- If the replacement item is unavailable.
- If the same defect appears again after replacement.
- The return will be processed at no cost to the customer.
Fourth: Exchange & Return Conditions

Product condition:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- It must be unused.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging.
Fifth: Payment Procedure

Order amount refund:
- The order amount will be transferred after receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
- The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets the required conditions.

- Please inspect the product carefully in front of the courier before accepting it.
- If there is any visible issue, please refuse to receive the product in front of the courier.
- This policy is designed to protect both parties and ensure the required quality standards.
