First: Product Acceptance

  • Once the product is received and inspected in front of the courier:
    • The product is considered accepted in its visible condition.
    • No exchange or return is allowed after the courier leaves.
    • The only exception: a hidden internal manufacturing defect not visible during inspection.

Second: Reporting Period

  • In case of an internal manufacturing defect:
    • The issue must be reported within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order.
    • No exchange or return requests will be accepted after this period.

Third: Exchange & Return Process

  • Primary solution: Exchange
    • An exchange is always provided as the initial solution.
    • A new replacement item with the same specifications will be provided.
  • Return cases:
    • If the replacement item is unavailable.
    • If the same defect appears again after replacement.
    • The return will be processed at no cost to the customer.

Fourth: Exchange & Return Conditions

  • Product condition:
    • The item must be in its original condition.
    • It must be unused.
    • The product must be returned with all original packaging.

Fifth: Payment Procedure

  • Order amount refund:
    • The order amount will be transferred after receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
    • The returned product will be inspected to ensure it meets the required conditions.

Important Notes:

  • Please inspect the product carefully in front of the courier before accepting it.
  • If there is any visible issue, please refuse to receive the product in front of the courier.
  • This policy is designed to protect both parties and ensure the required quality standards.
